Follow the Prophet’s Sunnah
Eid al-Adha is a time for giving. A time to remember those who have less. And a time to walk in the footsteps of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The Prophet (PBUH) didn’t offer just one sacrifice. He offered two. One for himself, and one for the Ummah, who could not.
This Eid, follow his beautiful Sunnah. Offer a Prophetic Qurbani! One for you, and one for those in need.
Inspiration from the Prophet (PBUH)
Prophetic Qurbani is the Sunnah where, after offering your own sacrifice, you give a second Qurbani on behalf of the less fortunate.
Udhiyah-Qurbani is a sacrifice that is offered at the time of Eid al-Adha to show gratitude towards Allah and to provide for the poor and needy.
The Prophet Muhammad was once asked by his Companions:
“O Prophet of Allah! What is this Qurbani?” He replied, “It is the Sunnah of your father Ibrahim SWT.”
Udhiya-Qurbani commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son Ismail, who was replaced by an animal at the time of sacrifice as mentioned in the Quran 37:102-108.
By offering Prophetic Qurbani, you are not just following the Sunnah. You are standing with those who are struggling. You are sharing your blessings far beyond your home.
Why HADI Relief?
Since 2000, IslamiCity, sister organization of HAD Relief has facilitated Qurbani sacrifices across the globe. Collaborating with trusted local agencies, we ensure that your sacrifice reaches those who need it most.
Local Roots, Local Reach: We perform and distribute Qurbani meat in deprived regions across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We partner with local partners who work in the field and have direct knowledge of the community in need.
Trust and Transparency: Every Qurbani is carried out with care, dignity, and Islamic principles.
Maximum Impact: Your sacrifice brings food to tables that would otherwise be empty this Eid.
Imagine the smiles. Imagine the Duas whispered for you by families you’ll never meet, but who will never forget you.
This Eid, don’t stop at one sacrifice. Follow the Prophetic way.
Double your giving. Double your blessings.
Who Should Give Qurbani?
Every Muslim adult who meets the nisab threshold (wealth minimum) is encouraged to give Qurbani. In the Hanafi school, it is considered wajib (compulsory), while in other schools, it is a Sunnah Mu’akkadah (highly recommended act).
• Reaffirm your obedience to Allah
